Structured peer practice with recorded sessions and logs, and a capstone integration project that shows your coaching in action.
About the course
The Navigator Intensive is for experienced coaches ready to move beyond performance into deeper integration. Across five workshops you learn to hold presence and discernment under pressure, bring ethical awareness and cultural responsiveness into real-time decisions, work with yourself as the instrument through reflective and reflexive practice, and put feedback to use. The Frame and The Flow is the course text; a PDF copy comes with your digital participant workbook. After Workshop 5, an integration window runs 9 March to 4 April, and your capstone, reflection and logs are due Monday 5 April 2027.
Joanne Wong Blackerby, MCC
Joanne is an ICF Master Certified Coach and holds the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization at all three levels (ACC, PCC and MCC) and the ICF Coaching Supervisor Specialization. She designs and leads the Adaptive Coaches programs and wrote The Frame and The Flow, the text the Intensive is built on.
