What we collect
- Your name, email address and account details.
- What you buy, and your order history.
- Your course progress, and your quiz and survey answers.
- Messages you send us.
- For live sessions: booking details, and what you choose to share in a session.
Payments are processed by Thinkific Payments and its payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought: course access, session bookings, downloads.
- To send course, booking and receipt emails.
- To issue certificates and continuing-education documentation.
- To answer your questions and improve our courses.
- To send occasional updates, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use your session content, course answers or messages to train artificial intelligence.
Who else handles it
Only the services we need to run this site: Thinkific, which hosts it; the payment processor; Zoom, for live sessions; and our email provider. Each handles your information only to provide its service.
Coaching confidentiality
What you share in mentor coaching or supervision is confidential under the ICF Code of Ethics and your coaching agreement. Recordings are covered in our Terms of Use.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as we need it for records such as continuing-education documentation, tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information at any time. Email [email protected].
