All courses, videos, workbooks, cards and downloads are © Joanne Wong Blackerby and ClarityCoach.me LLC. You may download and print them for your own professional development. You may not share, resell or post them, or upload them to AI tools, without written permission. Names marked ™ are trademarks of ClarityCoach.me LLC.

ICF and other professional bodies

ICF, ACC, PCC and MCC are marks of the International Coaching Federation. Adaptive Coaches is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ICF, EMCC, the Association for Coaching or any other body. Continuing-education hours are stated on each product. Where a product is not ICF-accredited, we provide documentation and ICF decides how the hours are credited. We cannot guarantee any credential, exam result or approval.

Mentor coaching packages — your agreement

If you buy a mentor coaching package (Individual Session, Express, Series or Pathway), this section is your mentor coaching agreement with Joanne Wong Blackerby, ICF MCC and ICF Mentor Coach Specialist (ACC, PCC, MCC). Please read it in full before you tick the box at checkout.

What mentor coaching is

Developmental, evidence-based feedback on your recorded coaching, aligned to the ICF Core Competencies. Every session is one-to-one and up to 75 minutes. It is not coaching supervision, therapy or business consulting.

What I will do

Review your recording in full and complete my observation notes before each session, so our live time is spent on you.
Ground every piece of feedback in what actually happened on the recording.
Hold our work in confidence and practise under the ICF Code of Ethics.
For Pathway (10-session) engagements, keep the cumulative documentation of your mentor coaching hours.

What you will do

Get your client's written permission before recording or sharing any session.
Submit your recording and transcript through RaeNotes, shared with [email protected], at least 48 hours before each session.
Complete your pre-session reflection, and your post-session reflection email within three days of each session.
Book and manage your sessions at tidycal.com/jo-blackerby, and attend on time.

Validity, rescheduling and refunds

Packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. A later cancellation, or a missed session, counts as a session used.
Before your first session you can cancel for a full refund. Once the first session has taken place the package is non-refundable, though unused sessions can be moved to a later engagement within the six months.

ICF credentialing

ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching over a minimum of three months, at least three of them one-to-one. Mentor coaching supports your development and documents your skills; it does not guarantee that ICF will award a credential. That decision is ICF's alone.

After you buy

Your receipt includes the link to book your first session on TidyCal.

Refunds

Self-paced courses and digital downloads. You get access straight away, so these are non-refundable once you have opened the course or downloaded the files. If something does not work, email us and we will fix it.

One-to-one mentor coaching and supervision. Before your first session, you can cancel for a full refund. Once the first session has taken place, fees are non-refundable. Unused sessions can be used within six months of purchase.

Rescheduling. Free with more than 24 hours' notice. Under 24 hours' notice, or a missed session, counts as a session used.

Group programmes and group sessions. Before it begins, you may move to a later date at no cost. Once it has begun, fees are non-refundable, and can be transferred as credit toward another Adaptive Coaches programme within six months. If a group does not reach its minimum and does not run, you choose a full refund or the same value in credit.

If we cancel. You choose a full refund or a credit.

Payment plans are a schedule, not a subscription. Withdrawing does not cancel the remaining instalments of a programme that has begun.

Recordings

Any recording of a coaching session needs the client's written permission, given before the session and kept on file.
Clients may withdraw consent at any time, and a recording is deleted on request.
Recordings are used only for mentor coaching review, and are never shared outside the session in which they are worked on.
Session submissions come through RaeNotes, at least 48 hours before the session at which they will be reviewed.

What coaching is not

Coaching, mentor coaching, supervision and our courses are professional development. They are not therapy, or legal, financial or medical advice.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
